We refer to the Company's announcements dated 23 August 2017, 10, 16 October 2017, 18, 22 December 2017, 19 February 2018, 5 March 2018, 5, 20 April 2018, 25 July 2018, 1 August 2018, 6, 7, 10, 12, 31 December 2018 and 24 January 2019 in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants ("Announcement(s)")
Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those previously defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the issue date of the Warrants was on 28 January 2019 ("Issue Date of the Warrants") and the expiry date will be on 26 January 2024. Accordingly, all references to "Deed Poll For Warrants 2018/2023" in the Deed Poll constituting the Warrants dated 7 December 2018 shall be replaced and referred to as "Deed Poll For Warrants 2019/2024" to be consistent with the Issue Date of the Warrants.
The Rights Shares and Warrants are expected to be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 31 January 2019.
