(2) Rights issue of 43,512,144 new ordinary shares in Mycron Steel Berhad (Mycron Shares) (Rights Share(s)) on the basis of one (1) Rights Share for every five (5) Mycron Share held at 5.00 p.m. on 31 December 2018 at an issue price of RM0.30 per Rights Share, together with 21,756,070 free detachable warrants (Warrants) on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every two (2) Rights Shares subscribed (Rights Issue with Warrants).
