Mycron Steel Berhad (MSB), was incorporated in Malaysia as a public limited company under the Companies Act 1965 on 24 July 2003 and was subsequently listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on 21 June 2004. MSB's principal activities consist of investment holding and the provision of management services to its subsidiaries.

Mycron Steel Berhad encompasses the combined operations of three (3) subsidiaries, namely Mycron Steel CRC Sdn Bhd ("MSCRC"), Melewar Steel Tube Sdn Bhd ("MST") and Silver Victory Sdn Bhd ("SV"). MSCRC is involved in the mid-stream sector of the steel industry, in the manufacture of Cold Rolled Coil ("CRC") steel sheets, while MST is involved in the manufacture of steel tubes and pipes ("Steel Tubes"). SV is involved in the trading of steel related products.
